Extra Challenge: It's Not Reality, It's Overacting!

Series of challengers were voted out in the past series of Extra Challenge including that “Hosto” (sorry I forgot the name). Too bad he was doubted as KASABWAT. That P1,000,000.00 could be very helpful for his mother’s medication. But let’s assess the remaining challengers this time. At first, it came to my mind that its either Jean Garcia or Andrew Wolfe. Why? Jean Garcia is the only middle-aged challenger. Others could be considered as novice or first seen in showbiz or remembered as young mature artists and models, you can obviously see her difference. And Andrew… for… nothing… I just hate him… I don’t mean to sound biased for I’m trying not to be. But that is because, he humiliated my idol on primetime TV through his interviews, Ethel Booba.

Then came Marvin Agustin. I am one of those who disagrees for him in winning the Best Actor in MMFF’05. But then I slowly noticed the way he talks in Extra Challenge as he is being interviewed. The way he talks, it’s just so irritating. I wish I could put my head inside the TELEVISION set and hit his head on the stones surrounding the island. He should be better go back to ABS CBN for there’s no room for Overactors in the Kapuso Network.

Sugo: A Relief

All this time, I was thinking that this show is heading through nothing at all, since this show will be ending this February. It started god, especially those breath-taking fight scenes, then Wong Fai lew away from this country, and the fight scenes became lousy, as expected from Filipino TV Series makers. I was beginning to wory about the ratings of the show, when suddenly I was stunned… again… by the good twist of the story, and hey, the BABAILAN is doing good huh, showing what her powers could really do. Especially when Amante and Rebecca met this Sadako-like antagonist, which is obviously a male, and the angel cherubin that has been brought to life.
